Traditional Aerobics
(low-impact)
 

• Traditional Aerobics (low-impact) moves geared to improve cardio vascular fitness   as well as muscle strength. body flexibility and balance.
• Body toning will use either chairs or the floor. 
• Mats win be provided. 
• Weights will be used (if you wish). 
• Power Bands and Tubes will be provided   as needed.

$2.00 per class Drop-in Fee 

45-minute 
(complete workout)

• A 45-minute complete workout, including low impact aerobics, toning and stretching. 
• Balance and flexibility movements win also be included.
• Weights can be used for some toning exercises 
  (if you wish). 
• Power Bands and Tubes will be provided as needed.
• Chairs win be utilized for some portions of this class.
• There will be no floor or mat work.

$2.00 per class Drop-in Fee
