What is Restaurant Week?
Restaurant Week offers restaurants and retailers the opportunity to introduce the community and visitors to what they do best at a price that will encourage dining out. Restaurants and Retailers will be showing you their best, they want you to come back! “We have so many great places to eat in Wyandotte. There is something for everyone!”, Mayor Joseph Peterson.
The event is a collaborative effort between the DDA and The City of Wyandotte to spread the word about the vast array of dining choices available in the City of Wyandotte. In addition to restaurants; downtown bars, coffee shops, sweet shops and bakeries are also participating. Participating businesses will be offering week-long specials.
Restaurant Week offers an economic impact to the city, Heather Thiede-Champlin, Special Events Coordinator for the City of Wyandotte encourages people to participate! “It’s such a great week to try something new or buy something new! Being the City of Festivals, we love to bring people to our community to show off our wonderful choices of the many retail shops and bars and restaurants that have made Wyandotte their home.”
