their boulders on their property to protect their landscaping.

Trinity Lutheran Church for a road closure on December 16th and
17th, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Oak to the alley on
5th Street for their Live Nativity Scene. PERMISSION GRANTED:
Provided a Hold Harmless Agreement is executed as prepared by the
Department of Legal Affairs, notification to the Department of
Public Service, Police and Fire of said road closure.
2. Communication from a concerned resident relative to various
issues throughout the City including leaf clean up, street
sweeping and debris in backyards. FORWARDED to the City Engineer.
