AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WYANDOTTE BY AMENDING SECTION 28-16 TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE CITY PLANNING AND REHABILITATION COMMISSION TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN THAT SECTION AND THROUGHOUT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
