AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WYANDOTTE BY REPEALING THE CURRENT CHAPTER 22 ENTITLED "MASSAGE PARLORS" IN ITS ENTIRETY AND TO ADOPT A NEW CHAPTER 22 ENTITLED "MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT AND OUTCALL MASSAGE SERVICE"
