COMMUNICATIONS MISCELLANEOUS:

1. Communication from Tiffany VanDeHey, Riverside Kayak Connection LLC relative to the first water Safety Day and Kayak Swap to take place at the Benjamin F. Yack Recreation Center on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. there will be no charge for this event.

2. Communication from Mayor DeSana submitting a request to close the alley that runs north and south along the Masonic Temple building also behind the Biddle Gallery in order to accommodate the Spunky Monkey Art Association who are working with Karen Thomas from the Biddle Gallery who is hosting an art activity in conjunction with Third Friday on Friday, May 16, 2008.

3. Communication from the Superintendent of Recreation submitting a rental contract for the Ultimate MMA Productions, Inc to be held on Saturday, May 31, 2008. at the Benjamin Yack Arena.

4. Communication from the Superintendent of Recreation, City Engineer and Director of Financial and Administrative Services submitting a request to purchase a 60" Exmark Mower.

5. Communication from the Superintendent of Recreation submitting an addendum to the Community Partnership Plan agreement (formerly names Community Based Service Plan) and the Municipal and Community Credits master Agreement which was executed on October 17, 1997 between SMART and the City of Wyandotte.

6. Communications from the Deputy Treasurer and Assistant Finance Director submitting requests for review and adoption relative to a Fund Deficit Elimination Plan related to the Local Streets Fund; Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Fund and TIFA and DDA Fund.

7. Communication from the City Engineer relative to the sale of city-owned property.

8. Communication from the City Engineer regarding the Labadie Park Property.

9. Communication from the City Engineer and City Assessor submitting a sale agreement for property within the City of Wyandotte.
