1. Communication from Mercury Manufacturing Company submitting applications for new projects located at 1212 Grove; 3855-13th, 3841-13th and 3817-13th under the Industrial Development District No. 21.

2. Communication from Mayor DeSana submitting a re-appointment for  the Department of Legal Affairs; Look Makowski and Look, PC for a two year contract effective April 16, 2008 through April 15, 2010.

3. Communication from Mayor DeSana submitting a request for a similar wage increase afforded non-union general City employees to the City Engineer.

4. Communication from the Downtown Development Authority submitting various budget amendments.

5. Communication from the Director of Financial and Administrative Services  regarding the establishment of an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation District for 3003-3005 Biddle; Municipal Service Building.

6. Communication from the City Engineer submitting an acceptance of a bid for File # 4438-Cleaning & Televising Sanitary Sewers in the City of Wyandotte.

7. Communication from the Superintendent of Recreation submitting a contract for the rental of the Yack Arena for the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Expo April 3, 4 & 5, 2008.

8. Communication from the City Engineer and Superintendent of Recreation Submitting a one (1) year extension with Blue Water Explorations Ltd., D.B.A. Diamond jack's River Tours.

9. Communication from the City Engineer relative to a response to a communication from Karen Krimmel as it pertains to snow plowing.

10. Communication from the City Engineer regarding a grant awarded to Wilson Middle School from the Downriver Area Brownfield consortium in the amount of $500.00 To build bird nesting boxes along the Ecorse Creek between Harrison Bridge and St. Johns extended by the Wilson's Warrior Science Club.

11. Communication from the City Engineer relative to an opportunity to collaborate with surrounding communities through the Downriver Community Conference to have combined purchasing of commodities such as salt, cold patch, limestone, sand and other commodities.

AUTOMATIC REFERRALS:

1. Communication from the Wyandotte Jaycees requesting the use of Bishop Park on March 22, 2008 for their annual Easter Egg Hunt at 11:00 a.m. sharp. The Jaycees are expected to be on site from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (PERMISSION GRANTED) Copies to Legal for Hold Harmless, Police, Fire, DPS.

2. Communication from Father Water J. Ptak, Administrator St. Stanislaus Kostka Church requesting the City's permission and assistance regarding various road closures, dumpsters, police security and various other needs for the 37th Annual Polish Festival to be held on May 23, 24 and 25th, 2008 on the ground of the Church located at 266 Antoine Street, Wyandotte. (PERMISSION GRANTED) Copies to Legal for Hold Harmless, Police, Fire, DPS, City Engineer.
