2. Communication from the Downtown Development Authority Executive Director submitting an agreement for preservation of the Purple Heart Memorial by Venus Bronze Works, Inc.

3. Communication from the Downtown Development Authority Executive Director regarding the city-owned parking lot between First and Second Street.
