1. Communications from the General Manager of Municipal Service
relative to the added Digital Phone to its product offerings from
the Telecommunications Department. The Digital Phone
service-commonly referred to as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
was launched on November 1, 2007 upon completion of Beta testing.
2. Communication from the Election Commission, William R. Griggs,
City Clerk, Colleen A. Keehn, City Assessor and William R. Look,
Department of Legal Affairs submitting the Election Board for the
Presidential Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, January 15th,
2008.
