AUTOMATIC REFERRAL:
1. Communication from Thomas A. Kleinow from the Wyandotte Council
of Knights of Columbus 1802; St. Stanislaus Kotsu Council 13607
requesting permission to use the City Streets on March 30, 31 and
April 1 for the Knights of Columbus MI Tootsie Roll Drive to
support local programs for the mentally impaired. ( PERMISSION
GRANTED) provided a Hold Harmless Agreement is executed as
prepared by the Department of Legal Affairs. Police and Fire shall
be notified.
2. Communication from Dick Braun, Walk Arrangements Committee,
2007 CROP WALK requesting permission to conduct the Wyandotte
section of a 10- ilometer walk for hunger on Sunday, April 29,
2007 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the City of Wyandotte.
(PERMISSION GRANTED) provided a Hold Harmless Agreement is
executed as prepared by the Department of Legal Affairs. Police
and Fire shall be notified.
