44th Hebda
Memorial Challenge Cup Regatta
[ Saturday, April 26th. 2008 ]

The Hebda Cup is scheduled
for Sat April 26th.
The Qualifying heats will begin
at 8am, and championship races will begin around 1pm, races are
scheduled every 7 minutes.
The crews race from just before
the Grosse Ile bridge and the finish line is in BASF park, north of
the golf course.
The regatta is the state high
school championships.
19 schools from around the state
will compete with over 900 athletes.
There is no admission charge,
free to all spectators.

high school crews, Gibraltar Carlson, Grosse Ile, Our Lady of Mt.
Carmel, Riverview, Roosevelt, and Southgate In addition, nearly 300
club, junior high and recreation rowers utilize this facility |
