The City of Wyandotte
Ordains:
Section 1:
The license fee schedule for the City of
Wyandotte is herby amended and the following licenses will take
effect commencing January 1, 1999
Section 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herein are
hereby repealed, only to the extent necessary to give this
ordinance full force and effect.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take
effect fifteen days from the date of it's passage by the Wyandotte
City Council and publication shall be made in accordance with the
provisions of the state law within 15 days after adoption.
On the question, "SHALL THIS ORDINANCE NOW PASS?". the following
vote was recorded:
YEAS - Kolakowski, Niewiarowski, Palamara, Paryaski, Shimkus,
Sutka
NAYS - None
I Hereby approve the adoptio0n of the foregoing Ordinance his 21st
day of December, 1998
