Building Code Board of Appeals
The Building Code Board of Appeals is appointed by Council to settle
disputes between citizens and the Building Official over an
interpretation of the Building Code. The Board hears any appeals
relating to the Building Code and is comprised of persons with
experience in the building and construction trade

Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 pm

Term Limits
Fire Department and Engineering and Building Department Representatives are
appointed to 2 year terms. All others are appointed for 4-year
terms. All terms begin in April.
