Senior AerobicsSenior Aerobics consists of traditional low impact moves geared to improve cardio vascular fitness as well as muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Mats, power bands, and tubes will be provided as required. Weights may be used if desired. Chairs may be used for portions of this class, and will be provided.
Location Complete Workout (45 Minutes):
A 45 minute complete workout, including low impact aerobics, toning
and stretching. This class will focus on balance and flexibility
movements will also be included. Mats, power bands, and tubes will
