The Recreation, Leisure and Culture Department consists of the offices of the Recreation Department and Wyandotte Museum. Offices are closed on holidays and when other city offices are closed.

General Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00.

The Wyandotte Recreation, Leisure & Culture Department offers a wide variety of sports and leisure programs, historical and cultural programs, senior and adult events and services, and family events for our citizens. In addition the Recreation, Leisure & Culture Department is responsible for the administration and development of City Parks and Historical Museum. The Recreation, Leisure and Culture Department management consists of the Director of Museums and Cultural Affairs, who is a liaison to the Wyandotte Cultural and Historical Commission, and the Superintendent of Recreation, who is also the liaison to the Recreation Commission.
