City Clerk - William R. GriggsGeneral Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Clerk’s Office is closed on holidays and when other city offices are closed.

The Clerk’s Office manages city records, birth and death records (in the City of Wyandotte only), voter registration, elections, freedom of information requests and is the liaison and secretary to City Council. In addition, the clerk’s office manages business registrations, peddler licenses, solicitor licenses and animal licenses.

We accept cash, personal checks and money orders for payment. In order for forms or applications to be processed, payment must be submitted at the time of your request.
