Garage Sale Application

All citizens who hold garage sales in The City of Wyandotte are required to obtain a permit. Garage sale length is limited to 3 consecutive days. Households may have a maximum of 2 garage sales per year, plus the Citywide Garage Sale date. The City of Wyandotte holds an annual “Citywide Garage Sale” every May.

In order to obtain a permit for a garage sale you must:

1. Completed and signed Garage Sale Application
2. Submit fee to the Clerk’s Office.  Effective October 1, 2011, the application fee for garage sales is $10.00.
