27th DISTRICT COURT ANNOUNCES
NEW “PUBLIC FRIENDLY” INFORMATION

Beginning May 1, 2006, the 27th District Court has expanded the opportunity to pay court Fines & Costs by using the new ON-LINE system.

Presently payment may be made to the 27th District Court in cash, certified check, money order or credit card payment through GPS (Government Payment Service, Inc.).

Now GPS has the additional payment method through THEIR web-site.

The following is a payment summary:

      2. Certified Checks/Money Orders
              Payable to: 27th DISTRICT COURT

      3. GPS Credit Card Payment: Call: 1.888 / 604.7888

      4. GPS Internet Payment: www.governmentpayment.com

ATTENTION!! PLEASE NOTE:

-- For All GPS payments, refer to Location Code 1825

-- GPS is open 24 hours.
   The Court does not pay for this service, however, there is a fee involved
   that the caller will be assessed for this service.

-- When calling or accessing through the web-site,
   GPS will give you instructions as to how and what needs to be entered.
   You will need your ticket/case information.

-- Once approved, GPS will immediately FAX the confirmation information
to the 27th District Court advising that this payment has been made.
   This information will be posted to your case file.
